Overview
At One Tribe, I was at the helm of the product management team, where our mission is to lead the way in carbon impact management by delivering tailored solutions that educate, measure, reduce, offset, verify, and helps businesses to navigate their net zero journeys. From day one, my role has been to oversee the product's entire lifecycle, ensuring every feature we introduce is not only innovative but directly responsive to our users' needs.
Engagement and Data-Driven Excellence
By launching a new progress system, I improved user onboarding, increasing engagement by 40%. Additionally, the product videos we created boosted customer interactions by 43%. My decisions are firmly rooted in data, enabling us to refine features and meet our ambitious growth targets effectively.
In-Platform Carbon Emissions Measurement Tool
I worked with our scientific team to develop and create an emissions measurement tool for our event sector clients, launching it to the UK first and then the US. Our users were about to calculate their emissions, make reduction decisions and promote more sustainable events.
Enhanced Platform Functionality
With over 35 new features under my belt, I've spearheaded initiatives that have expanded our platform's functionality and user experience by leaps and bounds—improving it by 50%, to be exact. My strategy? A relentless focus on end-to-end management, from conceptualizing pricing and positioning strategies to overseeing go-to-market plans.​
Carbon Offset Inventory In-Platform
Heeding the call of our users we integrated a live project library in-platform allowing our customers to find the projects that aligned with them, create a custom portfolio and invest in offsets all in a seamless process.
Flexible Billing & Easy Subscription Management
I led the expansion of our payment options, introducing Apple Pay, Google Pay, UK Bank Transfer, and Direct Debit into our platform. This initiative provided our clients with greater flexibility for our users while strategically reducing our business transaction costs.
In this role, I did more than manage product; I led a movement towards better, more sustainable business practices through innovative tech solutions.
