About Me
I kicked off my career journey as a bright-eyed 15-year-old running a Creative Agency, diving into the world of graphic design and social media management for clients in the music, sports, and nightlife industries. This early start wasn't just a job; it was the beginning of a lifelong passion for blending creativity with strategic business solutions.
I got my first taste of product at GlaxoSmithKline, orchestrating product launches across their consumer health portfolio for household names like Lucozade and Ribena. Here, I got my first real taste of product management, coordinating across multiple departments to ensure our activations shined at major events—though at the time, I didn’t fully grasp that this was just the prelude to my product management career.

Following this, my role at Puma as a Product Marketing Specialist allowed me to spearhead product marketing initiatives for high-profile accounts, including top educational institutions with expansive sports programs and key retail partners. This position was pivotal in enhancing my strategic account management skills and deepened my understanding of market dynamics, setting a firm foundation for subsequent roles.

Progressing through roles that span from enhancing entertainment on Carnival UK ships to leading marketing communications, I honed my ability to not just meet but exceed in creating stellar guest experiences—achieving notable increases in revenue and campaign effectiveness. My knack for managing complex product landscapes and strategic marketing endeavors significantly grew during this period.

In 2020, I embraced a consulting role, revamping the Sassy Birch snack brand to rave reviews and unprecedented sales growth. This was a crash course in market dynamics and product design that broadened my skill set and prepared me for future challenges.
When I stepped into One Tribe, I not only managed products and customer success but also led initiatives that bridged gaps between expectations and delivery, steering a nimble dev and XFN team towards impactful solutions.

Today, I'm a proud Head of Product leading Signal towards a product-led future in XM for finance, charity and insurance sectors transforming legacy CCM to connected CXM.

My goal as a product leader? To tackle exciting and complex problems that, when solved, generate significant impact. I've recently decided to share my journey and insights through articles and posts, aiming to clarify the nuances of product management and support other professionals in the field.

Outside the office, you can find me in the kitchen experimenting with recipes, at the gym kickboxing, playing golf, or lost in a good documentary.
