Operating Model & Team Design
Alongside platform design, I architected the company’s ground up product operating model, engineering decision pathways, codifying product roles, and designing a maturity index that aligned delivery cadence to strategic outcomes.

I restructured the org around three core functions—Ops, Management, and Design—underpinned by a platform layer to enable consistency and speed. Each tier driven by clear business imperatives including customer needs, shareholder outcomes, and investment ROI. This architecture set the groundwork to scale efficiently while staying tightly aligned to strategic outcomes.

AI-Led Delivery and Workflow Transformation
I used AI tooling to accelerate prototyping, saving 40k in projected build costs, while also applying AI-led analysis to unify fragmented delivery workflows. The result? Faster execution, reduced manual overhead, and clearer visibility across cross-functional processes.

Product & Platform Enablement
I designed and launched a working front-end prototype within 6 weeks, consolidating 35+ disparate features into a single, streamlined interface for renowned banks. This wasn't just a product demo—it formed the basis of a multi-million investment and defined the future of the company’s strategic roadmap.


Knowledge Infrastructure: Continuous Learning
& Strategic Layering
In parallel with the product build, I designed a continuous learning pathway to level up product fluency across consulting, tech, and exec teams. This became a key internal lever to accelerate capability and reduce bottlenecks as we shifted toward platform thinking. I also worked closely with engineering leads to co-design PDLC and SDLC workflows from the ground up, ensuring technical and delivery alignment was baked in from the start.

Acting as a strategic advisor to the exec and board, I helped frame investment cases, shape the product narrative, and translate abstract platform thinking into tangible outcomes. I played a critical role in helping the business reimagine its place in the regulated SaaS ecosystem.
